Submitted by Miller's English on
Miller’s English delivers, cranked up or pared down, finding receptive ears everywhere with their engaging musical repertoire. This blues and grunge-influenced rock band creates music that hits the listener regardless of volume and reflects the group’s history, speaking to the members’ superb songwriting abilities. Formed in late 2010, Miller's English is comprised of guitarist Rob Meunier, singer/lyricist Leigh Meunier, drummer Greg Goodwin, and bassist Tyler Wooley-Brown. Always providing energetic live shows, Miller’s English frequents Boston area venues and has an anticipated debut EP set for release this spring and will feature five crowd favorites.

If Boss Tweed's a rockin, don't come a knockin'. A band with 12 years of history, and were all under 23...beat that. We love the world, and we are the children. We'd be privileged to fill Somerville with the sound of Tweed's tune.
--We're drinkin DUNKIN. 2 and 2. Turbo shot...Peace and love. Looking forward to Porchfest!

The Self-Proclaimed Rockstars are five guys who grew up and currently live in the same Boston suburb that provides the backdrop for many of their songs. Their music conveys both their desire to escape the suburban complacency they see all around them and their belief that everyone should be able to proclaim themselves as the type of person that they believe themselves to be. The members of SPR are your teacher, your banker, your coach, your ice-cream-maker, and your (whatever the hell James does), but they have proclaimed themselves ‘rockstars’ because they are at their happiest when they are playing energetic rock and roll for awesome people.
