Instant Shawarma is a local grungy blues/hard rock/funk/psychedelic band straight out of Central Square. Their music is all original, but has been compared to: The Black Keys, early Soundgarden, Stone Temple Pilots, Pearl Jam. They play local shows at Atwood's Tavern, The Middle East Club, Plough and Stars, Cantab Lounge, Sally O'Brien's, and The Midway Cafe.
